Citrus, Coriander and Charred Onion Rub

This rub was created around my love of bright flavours with aromatic white wines, sparkling wines and roses. We blend lemon peel, tellicherry peppercorn, toasted coriander and charred onion powder to create a very vibrant seasoning. That said, there is a lot going on in this rub! As it hits your palate you'll experience the intermingling of salty, sweet and tartness, before you're left with exciting notes of lemon peel, charred onion and toasted spices.
