Porcini and Rosemary Seasoning Salt

We begin the seasoning salt with coarse flake, kosher sea salt and then add a blend of dried porcini powder, dried shiitake powder and rosemary. This seasoning is an UMAMI BOMB, which is great with white wines that have god structure and red wines that have seen some oak aging... I also have to note, this is one of my favourite shakes on popcorn!
