Porcini and Rosemary Seasoning Salt Rubbed Pork Loin




Serves 6


1, 6 Bone Pork Rack or Boneless Loin


8 Cloves Roasted Garlic

1 tbsp Porcini and Rosemary Seasoning Salt

30ml Chopped Sage

30ml Fennel Seed

30ml Brown Sugar

1 tsp Red Chili Flakes

90ml Olive Oil



Preheat your oven to 400℉.

Combine Porcini and Rosemary Seasoning Salt, sage, fennel seed, brown sugar and chili flakes in a food processor. Slowly add in the olive oil with the motor running.

Rub the pork loin with porcini rub then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in a preheated oven until an internal temperature of 150℉ is reached (this will take roughly 45 minutes).
